Serial Terror by Mark DeBinder is a psychological thriller that grips the reader from the very beginning. DeBinder penetrates the minds of his characters with such an intricacy that readers quickly feel that they are part of the story. The main character Chase Benton has his hands full tracking down several serial killers who are terrorizing various parts of the country. The sense of suspense created through DeBinder’s use of multiple subplots and vividly detailed settings and characters leaves the reader with the need to stop and catch a calming breath before the desire to find out what happens next sends the reader on a page turning marathon. Serial Terror is a great book full of suspense, surprises, and mysticism. DeBinder’s Native American heritage, technological background, and creativity all combine to make Serial Terror a book that the reader will enjoy immensely and also be impacted by personally.

I found Mark De Binder's book Serial Terror through a review I read. Once I obtained a copy of the book I couldn't put it down, I wanted to read on and find out what was going to happen next. One of things that I enjoyed about the book were it's probabilities. The story written in Serial Terror is something that could happen in real life, and the physic aspects were within the realms of possibilities. Similar authors that I enjoy reading are Dean Koonz, James Patterson, Stephen King, and Dan Brown. I think Mark De Binder has written a wonderful book.

First, let me say that I do not read many books, but I found "Serial Terror" to be captivating, interesting, intriguing, and unique--a real winner. I could hardly put it down. Apparently, this is Mark De Binder's first ever book, but surely, it will not be his last. This book sets the stage for a series of books on the Serial Terror's theme and has great potential for a series of movies based on his books. Good luck, Mark - you are off to a very good start.

Mark de Binder's Serial Terror was a very exciting read. I could not put this book down once I started. I loved everything about it...the concept behind the plot and the many twists and turns throughout definitely keep you on your toes. If you love to solve mysteries and figure whodunit, Serial Terror is a book for you. The author captures the readers imagination through the wonderful imagery created by words and the descriptive detail he adds to every character. His characters come alive on the page and you start to feel sorry for some of them. Once a reader can make "psychic connections" with characters, that is a sign of a book that is well done. The only drawback I noticed is that there were some grammatical errors, but once you get past that the story is a good one. You won't get lost in these errors, but they were a bit distracting at first. By the time I was nearing the middle of the book, I was able to focus more on the story because de Binder sucks you in. I eagerly await the next installment in the series.

I'm an avid reader of murder mystery books and this book was a great read! A real page turner that I had to find out the ending, which was a big surprise. I really enjoyed the psychic point of view which was a refreshing change to the main character's persona, not to mention intriguing. Can't wait to read the next one.
