Sailing on an Ocean of Tears

Ruth, Isabella, and Bridget are three women from culturally diverse backgrounds whose lives become interconnected by a series of events. The plot takes us down three Memory Lanes to glimpse at the very intimate, and often heart-wrenching, circumstances that define the ultimate course of their lives.

Ruth is born to an impoverished, alcoholic and abusive family.  She struggles to overcome her lot in life, only to discover that even well-intended decisions can lead us down the wrong path.  She encounters Isabella, a vibrant Italian woman; whose deep compassion for others in need leads her away from her own chances for happiness. Bridget's hopes for happiness set her life on a course, away from her native Ireland and the love of a childhood friend, and into the arms of a brutal husband, intent on destroying her.  

Each of their lives takes an integral path that leads them to a critical intersection where love, fate, and friendship help them to realize their greatest moment of truth.
