This title is a good "Airplane Book" for new or experienced Project Managers. We all tend to believe that the complexities of the projects we manage are a function of the era we live in. Jerry proves that the challenges of effective proejct management/delivery are far from new, and that the technology being used is not the deciding factor.
The social context of the project has a lot more to do with its success than any technology. This is a well written and interesting overview of a long overlooked topic.
