Under Amazon's rules, anyone can post a review on that site, even if
they did not purchase the product from Amazon.com. All you
need to do is sign up for a username and password on the Amazon.com
site to be able to post reviews.
If you have purchased one of our products - from any source - take a
few moments to find the product's listing on Amazon.com and post a
brief review of the product. Reviews need only be a few short
sentences to qualify, and must meet Amazon's rules for acceptability:
no profanity, reviews must be of the product not the author,
etc.

time to time, problems do occur that are outside of our control: the
wrong products are ordered, products are damaged during shipping, and
sometimes products are lost during shipping. And while we
strive
for perfection in our order fulfillment processing, we are human and
mistakes may occur in rare circumstances. If you have a
problem,
please let us know as soon as possible so that we may take actions to
resolve it.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Books
are heavy products to ship, and can be quite costly, especially for
overseas orders. To try and minimize the shipping and
handling
costs for our customers, the
company maintains inventory in warehouses in
Allentown, Pennsylvania to service the northern USA, Nashville,
Tennessee to service the
southern U.S.A., Oshawa, Ontario to service Canadian customers,
and Milton Keynes, in the U.K. to service England
and the European Union. At the present time, we ship orders
to
Austria from Canada or the U.S.A.
We
ship via the cheapest available method, unless otherwise directed.
Usually, that means parcel post with surface (not airmail)
delivery. Within Canada, and the U.S.A., that means anywhere
from
3-10 days for delivery, depending upon which location we are shipping
from and whether the parcel has to cross a border. (The U.S.
Department of Homeland Security likes to inspect packages of books as
they are quite heavy and thus appear "suspicious" when they travel
through the mail system, causing delays.) Audiobooks on CD
and
DVDs are only shipped from Canada, but are light enough that they
usually pass as lettermail and may be delivered more quickly.
Please
allow 2 weeks for delivery of your order if you are in one of the
abovementioned countries. If you are in another country not
mentioned above, please email us for an estimated delivery time.
Unfortunately, parcel post does not provide tracking numbers,
especially on international deliveries.

Returns Process
If you purchased directly from us:
Returns will not be accepted for credit without prior approval.
Please
contact us in advance to receive an RMA number to include with your
shipment. You will be responsible for paying the return
shipping
costs. Please contact us at our order desk +1 (905) 986-5848 or
toll-free (Canada and U.S.A. only at 1-866-721-1540 for return
authorization. Alternately, you can contact the order desk
via
email at orders@mmpubs.com.
If you purchased from a retailer:
Please contact
the company from
which you purchased our products to obtain their returns policy and
authorization. We do not accept direct returns from products
purchased through one of our retailers.
