Hibbs
Dr.
Hibbs has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida State
University, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of
South Florida, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Georgia State
University. He has been licensed as a psychologist in Georgia
since 1978. He is listed on the National Register of Health
Service Providers in Psychology. He is a Member of the
